Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Direct, manage and coach Sales Associates' in the team and generate revenue through direct sales and telesales. Achieve weekly/bi-weekly assigned sales target through a team of BDAs and Managers and ensure timely order punching
- Sales Strategy & Audit: Build and execute a strategic plan for the associates that delivers optimum revenue from the prospective clients. Regular audits to be conducted in LeadSquared (LS) to ensure proper lead utilization by team members
- Team Management: Build a multi-layer team and manage performance through on-the job coaching and mentoring. Drive the associates to manage their targets by enhancing engagement with customers to upgrade and cross-sell new products and increase retention. Imbibing a sense of discipline within the workforce for effective and smooth functioning of operations
- Reporting: Review routine report of the BDAs' current performance, inputs, weekly & bi-weekly revenue punched. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data. Reporting the overall performance of the team on different parameters like weekly/bi-weekly revenue per salesperson, average revenue per sales person etc.
- Liaison with Operations, Finance & Allied Teams to improve operational aspects of the team in providing a better & smooth working atmosphere and consistently enhance efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA (Sales & Marketing), Graduate from any discipline
- Relevant direct sales experience and experience of handling large teams
- Professionals with strategic agility and organization capability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS-Office
