We have multiple roles for our expanding HR team.
Key responsibilities across HRBP Roles :
- Managing Employee Lifecycle - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interest.
- Partner closely with the leadership team & CoE's team and hold Performance, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Culture pillars and Code Of Conduct tightly.
- Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience.
- Be a coach and guide when it comes to organizational culture.
- Plan and implement organizational changes required to support massive growth plans YOY.
- Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan.
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR (Full Time Mandatory) from Tier 1 Institutes ONLY.
Experience :
- Progressive experience & stable career journey in sizable MNCs / Large organisations / HR.
Industry Exposure : Candidates from product based companies
