- The app integrates timeless stories and Disney characters to make learning much more enjoyable and personalized while the digitally enabled worksheets allow kids to 'learn by doing'. The app enjoys massive user love with over 10M+ downloads and industry leading retention.
- In addition, BYJU's has an ecosystem of other products and services focusing on the Early Learning segment such as the award-winning Epic service to encourage reading, the coding platform Tynker which introduces kids to Coding in a delightful manner and Osmo which is a 'phygital' offering allowing kids to have tactile learning Experiences.
The Role :The role will be a part of the BYJU'S Early Learn Team and would involve working on a variety of key Business Strategy projects for the company.
Key Responsibilities :- Role will require ability to ideate and design projects/ initiatives across multiple areas like sales & marketing strategies, GTM initiatives, financial modelling, understanding around M&A, P&L, pilots around value proposition, etc.
- Strategic thinking ability at fast pace will be key
- Stakeholder and change management will be crucial given that in many initiatives it will require working with the specific functional teams - it will need strong influencing skills
- You will be collaborating with multiple functions within and outside the organization to facilitate execution of key decisions
Candidate Profile :- Must have experience in B2C clients/projects
- Must have Consulting and/ or start up experience; enough of strategic projects design experience
- MBA (Fulltime) from Tier 1 institute with 5-8 years of expertise
