Role and Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and lead projects based around key products and initiatives ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting project goals and vision
- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems create new solutions, leveraging and, and adapting existing methods and procedures
- Efficiently manage multiple projects monitoring progress and ensure completion within planned timelines
- Work with stakeholders in the business at all levels to meet their needs and ensure success in the implementation and project delivery
- Mobilize and coordinate efforts between various Business teams and Project stakeholders to work together effectively and accurately
- Actively assess and manage risks in the project to ensure success
- Drive and supports the Head of PMO and other senior stakeholders in driving their project and workstreams and report to the Head of PMO.
- Drive change management initiatives and communications management for assigned projects
- Drive daily project management activities including meetings, discussions, regular project status updates, and project team meetings
- Make business presentations and necessary reports and maintain transparent engagement with internal stakeholders.
- Create relevant models for ideation, planning, strategizing, and tracking performance
- Prepare data-driven KPIs to monitor projects and evaluate impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare analytical reports and support the PMO function and BUs with recommendable action -plan to mitigate organizational risks.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- MBA from a reputed business school. (B School Preferred from Tier I/II institutes).
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proven Project management skills and Leadership traits
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of Collaboration tools and Project management tools
- Financial modeling, Variance Analysis, Pricing, Reporting
- Ed-tech experience is a plus
