What You'll Do:
- Drive Revenue from 60-70 Business Development Executives with 6-7 Team Leaders
- Strongly data driven and command over driving input parameters
- Managing Optimum Lead Utilization to get maximum revenue out of leads supplied
- Hiring and Performance Management would be crucial in this role
- Resolution of People Issues and driving performance from every single team member
- Thinking out of the box to help increase overall productivity
- Quality over quantity work is preferred
What You'll Need:
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Ed-Tech experience is mandatory
- Qualification- Graduation in B.Tech is preferred & MBA (not mandatory)
- Excellent Communication & team handling skills
