What You'll Do :

Planning & Implementation

- Planning - Closely working with Business Head to define the overall revenue growth strategy for Defense, NET (CSIR, UGC) and other exam categories (which will be added later)

- Execution - Converting long term strategy into Annual & Quarterly action plans (strategic growth projects) at Exam Category level

Enriching Product offerings & driving category specific marketing projects

- Program Management - Working closely with Content, Operations, Growth & Marketing and Business teams to drive growth for your exam categories

- Strengthening Product Offerings - Courses, Test Series, Async Content, Doubt Solving across a variety of exam segments

- Category Growth - User Growth, Retention, Onboarding Strategy, Success stories, Content Marketing initiatives

- Market & Competitor Analysis - Getting deeper understanding of online/offline markets, students actual requirements, perception and scale.

- Faculty Hiring & Management - Hiring, Onboarding India's best Faculty to co-create and deliver our product offerings thus driving growth by defining key metrics across all channels - Async, YT, App Free and App paid sessions

People Leadership

- Build, groom and retain the Direct & Indirect Report - Category Managers, Marketing/Product offering Managers, YT & Community Managers

- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals

- Be a culture ambassador for the team

- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Operations and Content) to ensure quick business turnarounds

What You'll Need :

- MBA with 7+ years of experience preferably in setting up hyper growth teams

- Experience in building/managing B2C products

- Proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.

- Self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations
