What You'll Do -
- Preparing various Sales related reports on Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Data driven insights to help improve various Sales metrics and help in improving Sales policies
- Fulfilling Ad-hoc data requirement and preparing different cuts at Org, BDH, BDM Level
- Preparing repeat report templates and getting them automated on Slack and Tableau
- A few datasets on which he/she would be expected to work on day to basis is:
- Weekly Target Planning
- Incentive Planning and weekly Incentive Data Management
- Lead Volume based manpower planning
- Lead Utilization data (Attempts, Connect, Conversion %)
- Performance Data cuts (Different Sales layers)
- PIP and performance planning
- Attrition Data
- Hiring and Manpower Planning
- Performance Data for growth
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Revenue growth Analysis
- Managing Training Data and Audit Data
What You'll Need:
- Strong command over Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Interlinking and automation of data across various sheets
- Experience of working on any data modelling tool
- B.Tech or MBA from tier 1 College
- Experience of working in a start-up with unstructured data sets
- Strong decision Making capability and generating insights from unstructured data sets
