The Role
The Head of Content - BTC supports L&D team by building, buying or managing the learning content comprising of Learning Design, Learning Management System (LMS), learning modules, system & process SME, and Vendor Management teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content Development Program Design & Delivery
- Set up a platform for content and digital learning based on Instructional Design and Course Writing best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather learning and performance support requirements and present solutions to seek alignment.
- Develop a role-based content framework in an academy approach. Design and develop various forms of content, such as ILTs, WBTs, performance support tools, assessments, and blended learning resources. Design and deliver learning design solutions based on business needs. Decides on preferred mode of content rollout- digital/physical/ phygital.
Communication, Promotion, Presentation:
- Align with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication/communication regarding all programs. Leadership & Direction
- Carry out complex learning insights tasks (wherever required) & collaborate with team members to get industry-in perspective.
- Partner to build/buy content wherever required. Evaluates current offerings.
- Develop and/or deliver budget for her deliverables.
- Brings in agile execution capabilities along with strategic direction to content arm of BLC.
