Content Development Head
About the Role :
We are looking to hire someone who can create and manage learning content for sales capability building and development. The person will report into AVP L&D
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Develop training content for different mediums of learning - online, classroom, hybrid
- Design and conduct quantitative studies, such as structuring and analyzing surveys to evaluate the impact of changes and capture insights at scale
- Conduct Focus Group Discussions to understand learning needs and feedback of learning interventions
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Liaise with business stakeholders to develop and manage content for sales training and development.
- Develop and implement sales supervisory/manager level training programs.
- Synthesize and communicate findings to advise business decisions through rich storytelling via presentations, reports, workshops, and any other novel, creative approaches that you invent
- Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers
- Adapt and innovate research methods to meet needs by delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements :
- Experience of max. 8 years with at-least 3 years in content development role
- Have prior experience of driving training initiatives
- Be analytical and data driven
- Ability to drive the team from content strategy and initiative perspective
- Ability to challenge the status quo
