1. Plan to ensure that the weekly and monthly targets are met for each and every BDT of the team.

2. Conduct reviews for the team members - performance and take corrective actions. if any.


3. Conducting training sessions from time to time to ensure maximum productivity.

4. Ensuring maximum passing percentage of BDTs. subject to the qualifying parameters.
