Associate Senior Manager | Senior Manager - Inside sales for test prep division.

2. Job Location :

- Job will be based out Bangalore @ Prestige tech park Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore.

3. Job Responsibilities:

- Person must have a strong knowledge of - CAT, GATE, GMAT, IAS, JEE and NEET.

- Responsible for driving online sales for week to week basis target.

- Outstanding leadership skills.

- Person will manage a team of BDMs | BDAs - Inside sales.

- Monitor market and consumer trends in education industries.

- Coordinate cross - functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.

- Identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross functional teams where necessary

- Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating and influencing ability

- To enhance team performance - setting their goals & targets.

- Leads Management-leads engagement, lead score and lead quality analysis

- Sales Analysis - Market trends - Users feedback, sales pattern, ARPU, Productivity per AC / SAC

- Co-ordination with category manager, program manager for all updates related to category

- Reporting making & different CRM handling.
