Assistant Manager/Program/Project Management - Sales Operations
THE ROLE:
Team Lead/Assistant Manager - This role directly falls under the central operations vertical of the firm and is instrumental in extending critical support to the front-footed sales force of BYJU's.
This role is based out of Bangalore.
OVERVIEW:Program/Project Management- Catering to overall business requirements of a region/ product via appropriate and seamless allocation of
- Identifying development projects and coordinate with the relevant departments during the project life cycle
- Systematic and timely execution of projects
- Documentation of processes and maintaining project records
- Defining matrices for projects and process improvement and sharing the improvement reports and recommendations with management
Sales Support- Ideating on and laying down robust processes and systems to aid the sales force.
- Execution/ implementation of new processes with ownership of end-to-end upkeep and maintenance
- Identifying scope to optimize existing processes in order to boost productivity of sales force
- Automate operations processes in order to enhance efficiencies and reduce manual dependence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Lead/ Assistant Manager has the following key responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
- Ensuring timely support to frontline sales team
- Monitor process adherence and record and monitor deviations
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, elements, resource planning and allocation
- Drawing business-relevant inferences by analysing raw data and sharing it with senior management
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
- Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities
