Qualification :
- With 1 to 6 years of experience from Tier1 Schools
- Handling a team size of 4 to 5
Responsibilities and Key Deliverables :- Identify employee related concerns and make systemic improvements to enhance the employee experience
- Proactively understand employee experience on grounds and take corrective action
- Track concerns on the ground and take necessary corrective actions
- Measure the effectiveness of various HR interventions
- Identify gaps in business policies and processes to drive change and build Capability
- Strategize and execute HR related Digital Transformation Programs
- Infuse innovation in HR processes with an objective to improve employee productivity and convenience
- Implement organizational effectiveness interventions
