Assistant Manager/Lead - Attendance & Time Office Management (Part of payroll team at BYJU'S)
Role Requirements :
1. Lead a team of 5-8 individuals, guide and coach them for efficient process management.
2. Manage multiple & complex leave systems across org - manual, biometrics, Success factors, lead generation tools, etc.
3. Manage day-to-day aspects of all leave systems and produce reports for insights and actions.
4. Manage all leave processes such as activation, discontinuation, batch closures, comp off, various leave applications, and processing on daily basis.
5. Exposure to Automation aspects wrt leave and attendance tracking and measurements.
6. Knowledge of attendance tools is a must-have.
7. Work with multiple stakeholders such as business ops, HRBP's, HR Systems, Employee Experience etc.
