- Sales Target Achievement: Direct, manage and coach a team of BDAs, Managers and SMs for generating revenue through direct sales and telesales. Achieve weekly/bi-weekly assigned sales target through the team
- Sales Strategy & Audit: Build and execute a strategic plan for the team to boost per Sales Person productivity and deliver optimum revenue from the region. Ensuring that Managers and SMs conduct regular audits in LeadSquared (LS) to ensure proper lead utilization by the team at large
- Team Building: Responsible for building a high performing team, by elevating and promoting internal talent / sourcing lateral talent. Identifying current performance levels of employees and driving need-based training programs for employees at different levels to boost productivity
- Team Management: Build a multi-layer team and manage performance through weekly manager reviews. Regular performance and improvement feedback to managers and above. Imbibing a sense of discipline within the workforce for effective and smooth functioning of operations
- Reporting: Review routine report of the Managers' current performance, inputs, weekly & biweekly revenue punched. Reporting the overall performance of the team on different parameters like weekly/bi-weekly revenue per manager, average revenue per unit etc.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: Regular town-halls / focused group discussions (FGDs) with the entire span to promote communication around organisational policies including (but not limited to) ethical ways of working, time management, incentive schemes etc. to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA from any discipline
- 6+ years of relevant direct sales experience and experience of handling large teams.
- Professionals with strategic agility and organization capability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
