Program Manager

1. We are seeking a project manager to join our growing company. As a project manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. 2-2- You will also take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of your team.

3. You will be responsible to start new product/business/area and then define processes, hire team, train new employees, and also set and manage KPI of the same.

5. To build new product/business/area from scratch.

6. Work directly with the founder and other senior leaders of the company and create processes for the project.

7. S/he will fuel the growth of the company by working with three key stakeholders: clients, an engineering team, and our senior leadership.

8. Understand the problem from the management point of view and identify the key KPIs month wise and ensure the delivery of these KPIs

9. Hire relevant team members for the project and also train them.

10. Develop KPIs for individual team members and ensure that the KPIs are met. Ensure the whole deliverability of the project.
