Founder's Office Demand and Forecasting

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Manage forecasting & demand planning for assigned brands/categories/SKU's.

- Direct replenishment process for all assigned brands/categories/SKU's including new product launches working closely with Supply Planner.

- Develop forecasts and budgets for assigned brands and categories working with Supply Planner and finance.

- Demand planning tools creation and management.

- Business analysis and reporting to support financial forecasting.

- Leads S&OP, Forecasting and Promotion Planning to ensure all departments are aligned to business plan as well as challenging assumptions.

- Owns and monitors Forecast Accuracy,Forecast Bias reporting and continuous improvement of Service Levels, Stocks Waste.

Skills Required:

- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
