Role & Responsibilities:
Online marketing associate will work towards:
- Conceptualizing and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Working with content team and design team to effectively execute social media campaigns.
- Working with tech team to track relevant customer behavior data to be used for marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualizing and executing email marketing drives.
- Community development and communication management.
- Monitoring and tracking performance of marketing initiatives.
- Research and analytic support in deriving overall marketing strategy.
Skills Required:
- High degree of creativity. Strong creative intuition and sense for design.
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Strong analytic capabilities. Should be able to track relevant data and use them as inputs in campaign design.
- Must be deadline oriented, and able to deliver content on or ahead of schedules.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe photoshop, SEO/SEM etc. will be a plus.
