Responsibilities :
- Excellent knowledge of current & developing social strategies across social channels with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based on key social KPI's
- Optimize posting schedule & frequency to obtain maximum impact
- Engage relevant influencers and brand advocates in an authentic way
- Utilize Hootsuite, Schedugram, and Iconosquare for scheduling & analytics
- Measure and analyze engagement impact & suggest action-steps to increase impact
- Develop promotional campaigns across various social media channels
- Evaluate all channels with data-proven results
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in social media community management, in-house or at an agency
- Strong knowledge and experience in organic content curation
- Deep understanding of social media management and analytics tools
- Exceptional writing skill, detail, and grammar
- Ability to work cross-functionally
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in eCommerce
- Experience working in a startup
- Marketing experience
