Founded in 2023, by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, the company aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home buying experience in India (akin to Spinny for Homes). Their comprehensive home buying platform enables the buyer journey end to end, right from discovery of renovated houses and arranging home visits, to ensuring all legal and financial support. Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors.

Job Summary:

They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead to join their Founding Team. The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing their operations function to ensure the seamless execution of property acquisition, refurbishment, and buyer operations processes. This multifaceted role encompasses overseeing the entire buyer journey, from pre-contact to closing, while also spearheading refurbishment and maintenance activities for the properties they acquire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations & Procurement, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients.

What you'll do:

- Execute and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for home refurbishment and inventory management operations, to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

- Identify and onboard vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of deals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, enabling us to offer the best homes to customers

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the buyer journey and improve customer satisfaction

- Lead the coordination of property operations, providing valuable support to buyers throughout the closing process to facilitate successful transactions.

- Build & manage a support team for the operations function

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on operations and procurement.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
