Buyer - Kidswear
Leading Vendor Management and Partnership :
- You will completely own the vendor relation management end to end.
- You will be responsible for Vendor negotiations, pricing and gross margin.
- You will also lead discussions with vendors for vendor funded sale events.
- Lead partnership and co-marketing ideas with leading Fashion vendors if needed.
- Own and intelligently create the best Fashion assortment in e-commerce space:
- You will own the entire selection for Fashion for one category (for eg- Boys). You will envision and own the assortment creation for the category width/depth /price selections for age groups toddler to child.
In-stock & Inventory Management :
- You will own the in-stock and inventory sufficiency for the assortment and religiously work with Vendors for replenishment based on reorder systems.
- Thought leadership and partnership with Merchandising and Creative team:
- You will need to ensure on time supply of best in call assortment for key seasonal and monthly events.
- You will also bring to table valuable insights, ideas for curation and ideas for new assortment to increase engagement on site for the events.
1. Assortment Completeness for your category - Ensure the store is full at each sub-category or granularity based on attributes (For eg- Frill Casual Dresses).
2. Improve on site steady conversion rate for your category in 3 quarters by ensuring assortment completeness.

4. Improve Gross Margin
