Head-Marketing:
We are currently looking for Head-Marketing to play a key role in one of very exciting, backed by industry experience promoters, E-Commerce venture, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. This is a key role seeking high participation and working directly with the founders on leading the marketing initiatives for the company. The candidate would be building the entire performance and brand marketing team and then drive the team to attain desired goals.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Help the founders in charting a three year road map
- Increase Customer Acquisition
- Category Management - Defining the new potential categories and stoppage of the non revenue driver categories according to the market scenario
- Evaluate opportunities to serve orders in the international markets
- End to end responsibility for Organization's Branding & Marketing
- Drive Online Marketing initiatives - SEO, SEM, Social Media, Media Buying etc
- Drive the Brand development activities - Content, Design, Communication, Supply side branding
- Marketing Analytics
- Budgeting, forecasting and implementation of the company's marketing plan
- Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition
- Overseeing the CRM process.
- Handling public relations and corporate communications
- Developing new and enhancing existing business relationships
- Providing leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs.

Location : Vadodara, Gujarat
An Ideal for this Position:
- MBA from a TIER-1 institute preferred.
- 3-10 years of experience within a senior level marketing role, preferably within the B2B eCommerce Industry
- History of building a successful and recognized brand, and proven experience building a renowned marketing function.
- Track record of developing comprehensive and highly successful marketing and business development strategies
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
- Ensuring the successful day to day management of the team
- Responsible for overseeing the entire marketing effort across all media
- Resource allocation and management
- Tracking and reporting
- Implementing standards and processes across team
- Always looking at ways to improve project management processes and practices
- Scoping new projects/campaigns
- Ensure projects are managed and delivered on time, scope and budget
- Effective performance management methods
- Excellent project manager
- Strategic planning and organizational skills with a hands-on execution style
