Portfolio and business Management of Key Customers through regional initiatives, delivering profitable business for internal & Partners, developing picture of success for each customer & constantly identifying levers for growing business of the particular channel. The purpose of the role is to oversee and guide all key account related activities at a Zonal/State level.

Title: Regional Key Account Manager

Work Location: Delhi/NCR

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee standard key account Terms & Conditions for designated channel and ensure compliance.

- Support the National Key Account Manager in negotiations with key accounts customers.

- To coordinate with Accounts and front-line team on activation as per Monthly Visibility/promo Plan

- To Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Consumer Promotions, category visibility & Merchandising for the Key Accounts.

- To continue growing market share across categories.

- Generate actionable consumer/shopper insights to maximize profit in the key accounts of the designated channel.

- To build sound customer relationship with the regional buyer enhancing mutual business association.

- New Account Acquisition-Grow the Portfolio by aggressively acquiring large Regional Key Accounts

Budgeting:

Tracking of spend in line with Business plans and ensuring profitability, Driving Cost advantages through the channel in terms of activities and promotions.

Business Analysis:

- Mapping competition activities and bringing ideas on how to win in outlet. Identify gaps & growth opportunities in various key accounts in the assigned Zone/Region/State

- Supervises: Merchandisers/ promoters/ Beauty Advisers

- Reports To: National Key Account Manager

- Internal Stakeholders: Sales Team, Category team, Finance Team, Supply Chain Team

- External Stakeholders: Key Accounts

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate/ MBA (Sales and Marketing)

- Experience: 4-8 Years Experience in Sales with 2-3 years' experience In Managing Modern Trade (Should have prior Experience in Managing Dmart/Regional Key Accounts in FMCG Space)

- Functional Skills: Knowledge on Customer Management, Financial Knowledge / Application and Appreciation, Market Execution, People Management, Sales Management

Travel: 60%
