As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving New Customer Acquisition and fostering growth through a robust sales team, including channel partners and resellers. Your results-driven approach and enthusiasm for building a successful sales engine will be instrumental in achieving our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in acquiring new customers in the assigned region.
- Identify, appoint, and maintain communication with channel partners and resellers.
- Focus on maximizing sales through effective management of partners and resellers.
- Develop and implement strategies for channel development, including training, marketing, and sales support.
- Build relationships with professionals like CA, Accountants, and Tax practitioners through physical meetings and events.
- Recruit, train, track, and manage the performance of team members.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate the ability to provide detailed product demos.
- Utilize and manage assigned promotional budgets to optimize new customer acquisition.
