BusinessOnBot - Specialist - Client Onboarding

Responsibilities :

- Engage with C-Suite : Build strong relationships with founders and CEOs of India's D2C brands, such as Two Brothers Organic Farms and Mokobora.

- Expert Onboarding : Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to BusinessOnBot's platform.

- Tailored Solutions : Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions that drive growth.

- Data-Driven Optimization : Analyze client performance and identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process and client outcomes.

- Growth Champion : Be a proactive advocate for client success, identifying and implementing changes that enhance platform adoption and overall performance.

- Continuous Learning : Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new software, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in any related field

- Communication Master: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English is essential.

- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
