About you: AVP, Marketing is one of the senior leaders of the company, working closely with the clients and founders of D2C brands to drive the future-oriented vision and plans around WhatsApp.
Your growth:
- You'll experience running a profitable startup and become the VP, Marketing.
- You'll see a 35-people team becoming a 100-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where company's decisions are planned with founders, product and marketing leaders.
- You'll love working with super-strong technical, design and product teams, and fall in love with technology first approach to solve large scale business problems.

- Your role while working with the founders:
- Lead acquisition, close affiliate partnerships and data tracking/analytics
- Creating and driving brand awareness, marketing activities, and conversion campaigns that resonate with all relevant audiences
- Performance marketing - User Acquisition, CAC, Payback Period, Returns on Ad Spend

- Product Features - Influence product and sales team with product shareability and referral ideas.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to build smooth processes across.
- Working with the sales team, product teams and marketing team to drive alignment across teams and customer engagement.
- Own business metrics and drive revenue growth
- Innovate sales funnel to add new revenue channels
What makes you a good fit :
- 3-4+ years of having hands-on monitoring of performance marketing and revenue driven strategies preferably in B2B SaaS start-ups
- Founder Experience
- Experience as a team lead is preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Your Probable Exit in 2-4 years: Since you will be working with founders/CXOs and key decision makers in D2C domain (D2C brands and enablers), there are 2 kinds of exits:
- Creating a D2C brand or enabler in a particular domain post understanding market sentiments (Given that, the idea relates to the work at BusinessOnBot, BusinessonBot will be the first investor in your startup)
- ESOP exit via fundraise, acquisition (since profitablity) or IPO
