The Opportunity:

We are looking for smart & creative candidates to collaborate closely with senior leadership, shape strategic HR initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture that drives business growth and employee engagement.

Objectives aligned to this role:

This dynamic position requires to partner with business leaders and drive organizational excellence by developing and executing human resources strategies that align with and support the achievement of business objectives.

What would you do?

- Overall, should have around 5-7 years of experience in managing HRIS.

- Should have knowledge around managing HRMIS like Headcount, payroll, CTC, HR Dashboards in excel and on HR tools.

- Should have good exposure in managing data analysis, calculations.

- Should have experience in managing HR Compliance (PF,ESIC) along with managing challans.

- Manage in-Depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with Legal / Finance department as needed/required.

- Ensuring to maintain regular employee database along with accuracy.

- Need hands-on experience in managing employee queries related to CTC structure, exit, payouts, etc.

- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.

- Educate employees on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.

Required Skills

- Should have good communication skills. Ability to manage employee relations.

- Need hands-on experience in managing employee engagement, employee connects.

- Managing stakeholders, employee queries, escalations

- Driving adherence to policy and processes

- Retention management and Data analysis.

Academic Qualification:

- Master's degree in HR or related field from a reputed college/ university

- Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains, including technology and business.
