Business Writer - Executive Communications Content

Role : Senior Business Writer

- We are looking for an experienced senior writer to join our team in India, with a focus on business writing. This role is both high-profile and high-impact, demanding exceptional writing and editing abilities, a knack for thought leadership, and the capacity to engage with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The writer will collaborate closely with cross-functional executive leaders and teams, converting technical information into compelling content / narratives that aligns with messaging objectives and resonates with both internal and external audiences.

- The ideal candidate will excel in ghost writing research-driven articles and creating diverse marketing materials, with a solid understanding of industry trends and developments. They should be adept at adjusting writing style and messaging to fit various types of collateral and communication channels. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to de-jargon content and ground the material with a confident, sociable, and compelling voice.

Job responsibilities :

- Develop a deep understanding of strategy, services and products - the writer will serve as an in-house beat reporter with a list of sources across the company to inform corporate, services, and product storytelling and connect dots across groups

- Write, co-write, or edit all executive announcements (for internal circulation), press releases, thought leadership pieces for publication in leading media, marketing collaterals such as brochures, client success stories, white papers, pitch decks, infographics etc, and content for social media channels - stewarding content from outline to final draft

- Draft clear and engaging communication on behalf of the Group CEO

- Work closely with designers and various teams to ensure that the content aligns with brand standards, tone, and project goals
