- Setting up cross channel campaign process - using GA 360
- Analysing Online Ecommerce channel's performance ; lead quality analysis, media and call centre efficiency, CRM report analysis
- Setting up fraud detection for leads using tools
- Campaign Attribution model set up
- Automating reports for business
- Setting up payout models for affiliates and partners basis valid lead criteria
- Working on CRM projects
- Managing entire Analytics ; Google Analytics (GA 360 & GA4), and coordinating with the analytics agency for dashboards, automated reports, reviews, billing etc.
- Working on the Online Customer Journey tracking and audience segmentation buckets
- Setting up more efficient models of lead generation and tracking
Requirements:
- 4-8 years experience in Analytics (preferably in BFSI industry)
- Good understanding of Digital, Programmatic, Paid campaigns and marketing tech, along with strong knowledge of analytic tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
- Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights out of data
- Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
