Business Unit Head - Telecom/Handset

The incumbent shall head the operations (Sales, Field service, Field Marketing) in the 3 southern states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.The Branch Managers , the Distribution team, Marketing, Service team, Finance team and Sales Coordination shall report to this position.The total size of the team in BU may be between 60-100 on roll employees.The incumbent shall be responsible for Revenue, Service KPIs , enhancing distribution and service infrastructure and for growing the business in the designated areas by understanding the market and planning and executing specific initiatives. The incumbent shall be part of the senior management team

Desired Skills:

Experience in setting up and running business operations ( P&L) in FMCG, Telecom or Handset industry in the southern states. Outstanding knowledge of sales and distribution and driving revenues.
