Business Unit Head - Sewage Treatment/Water Treatment & Water Supply Industry

We are currently retained by a growing Company into Water Supply and Water Treatment space to hire a Business Unit Head. As a Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for managing the entire P&L of the Water business vertical including sales and marketing of business unit, making business plans, field activities, and meeting business targets.

Please Note: This role needs someone with strong experience in managing end-to-end Projects into Sewage Treatment, Water treatment and Water supply. This role will work on devising and executing strategies for Growth and Market Development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing end-to-end project management, including business development, budgeting, planning, estimation, scope definition and project execution.

- Create and carry out business development activities that advance the company's growth and help it meet its objectives.

- Oversee budgeting and financial performance to meet profitability targets.

- Find business development options for cost reduction and revenue growth.

- Establish and preserve connections with stakeholders in the community, suppliers, regulators, and customers.

- Provide leadership and guidance to senior management and staff.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Degree in Engineering, environmental science, or a similar discipline.

- 20+ Years of Experience in handling STP, WTP and Water Supply Projects.

- Solid familiarity with sustainability principles, wastewater treatment and water supply technologies.

- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

- Strong communication skills.
