Business Unit Head - IT Contract Staffing (Domestic)

- Lead Generation from scratch

- Client Acquisition

- Client interaction for Generating Business from New Clients and Existing Clients

- Client Management (Negotiation on Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, Requirement Analysis and Gathering, ETC)

- Delivery Management

- Mentoring and Managing the Delivery Team on day to day basis

- Identifying various avenues for profiles search for a smooth and faster closures

- Well versed with the delivery model including formulation of policies and process of delivery

- Onsite Contract Resources Management as a part of retention to have stable and incremental business avenues

- Handling Contract Staffing, Contract to Hire Staffing, Temp Staffing

- Handling a Team of Business Development Executive & Team of Recruitment Consultant

- Understanding client requirements and Handle a Team of Recruiters to Attain the Targets

- Training the Recruiters to Close the Requirements within the deadline given by the Clients

- Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms.

- Manpower planning, management & training of Recruiters; there by ensuring effective Workflow

- Agreement sign off [SLA], With Fortune 500 clients mainly in Domestics Market Negotiating and finalizing the terms and conditions of contracts with Corporates

- Good SLA management for retention of accounts

- Database Management

- Keeping track of all employees performance regularly and helping them improvise wherever necessary

- Garnered extensive & diverse experience by catering to the requirements of Clients.

- Partnered with the Clients to provide complete staffing solutions across various levels.

- Responsible for managing Client Relations.

- Constant upgrading the old database so as to keep the databank active.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Candidate should have an understanding of the IT Contract Staffing business & building a business from scratch with minimum experience of 10 Plus years in the similar Industry.

2. Experience with P&L management

3. An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ROI.

4. A track record of at least executing one project on his own.

5. Long term committed and ambitious to grow.

6. Ability to capture understanding of various business domains very quickly.
