Key Job responsibilities
- Achievement of Budgeted Numbers and market share
- Key account Management
- Implementation of processes at the dealerships
- Competence Development
- Liasioning with marketing and working on specific applications.
- Create understanding/awareness about the new product in the channel and market.
- Study area and customer segments
- Track prospective company tenders / contracts for generating leads
- Build relationships with fleet owners (Bulk / Corporate customers)/ body builders / financers, Arrange plant visits, customer / body-builder/ financer meets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and increasing customer engagement levels of existing customers
- Driving marketing initiatives, Increasing the target pool and pipeline, live trials and focused customer interaction.
- Collaboration with Aftermarket on product problem concerns and ensuring resolution
- Establishing customer value proposition by undertaking identified customer & segment specific live trails.
