BU Head - Professional Skilling
- As a P&L owner, the person should drive business growth and delivery for professional skilling and assessment services with new and existing accounts.
- Taking ownership, originating and responding to new business opportunities and owning sales pursuit efforts for RFPs, with a highly talented and motivated support team.
- Engaging closely with Internal Content and delivery teams and external partners.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling the services within and across our core capabilities.
- Meet sales goals for IT Skilling and assessment services, aligned to organizational annual budgets.
- Help in recruiting, motivating, training a team of field sales in large cities across India.
- Successfully support the sales cycle architecting during the sales phase of a deal
- Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure and provide solutions
- Apply business outcome-based sales principles and demonstrate relevant and transferable company experience in developing sales strategy, opportunity briefs and sales plans.
- Understand the prospect and client decision making process and stakeholder/ organizational map
- Establish trusted relationships with CXOs and Heads of HR and L&D functions of enterprises to originate new opportunities and existing accounts to position our capabilities
- Develop and maintain an accurate, high quality pipeline that is aligned to our company's sales process
