- Work closely with the Leadership team in a high visibility, high impact role

- Head the entire BU for the Pharma Giant, handling business portfolio size of 600-700 Cr.

Description

- Lead an Entire BU for a huge Pharmaceuticals company 

- Making Budget and Sales Plans for short term and long term - Planning, Review and Control



- Formulating & Implementing Marketing Plans (including policies of Distribution, Pricing) as per budget and forecast and delegation to team members, New Product Development

Profile

- Drive national Sales & Marketing initiatives of the BU



- Lead Large teams and Scale up

- End to End Execution, strategic and analytical thinking ability
