Business Unit Head / Leader, Global IT Company, Japan culture Experience

We are holding an opportunity with a fast growing global IT company in Noida.

Position: Business Unit Head / Leader

KRAs:

- Client engagement, Account management, Delivery Management.

- Must be well versed with Presales and client consulting.

- Must Be having strong experience in Japan culture, as a major chunk of business is from Japan and has to manage Japanese people and clients.

- Should be capable to lead people in offshore and onsite / different countries.

- Looking for a dynamic and young professional who has the ability and potential to scale this GBES business from a current 120 people strength to 500 people.

- Should work with entities / client across the globe to expand the business however also identify opportunities with external clients wherever possible to grow the P&L

- Must be having a full time MBA graduation from tier 1 B School.

- Very positive personality and engagement skills.

Note: Japanese culture exposure will be the key selection criteria.
