Business Unit Head (IT Contract Staffing)
- You will be responsible for the P&L and the development & management of the team. Your span of control will include the Sales, Account, Delivery and operations teams.
- Responsibility of Business Acquisition, client handling.
- Handle contract staffing for various clients.
- Responsible for acquiring new business.
- To identify potential clients for targeted business development activities.
- Understanding the needs of clients, conduct client meetings and follow up with potential clients to customized their business proposals
- Negotiations with clients regarding business processes, Proposals, Confidentiality agreement and Master
- Service Agreement and arrange for execution from the client.
- Responsible for payment collection and follow ups with clientele as per the agreed milestones.
- Responsible for communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics across own area of responsibility
- Present MIS report on regular basis to the top management on regular basis.
- Proactively build talent pools in line with clientele requirements and maintain good rapport with potential resources and keep in pipeline for future requirements.
- Responsible for creating and proactively managing a network of stakeholders interfacing with this role.
- Conduct weekly meeting with the clientele. Formalization of minutes & action tracking for the meeting and is required to be distributed to all attendees/stakeholders.

Qualification And Experience:
1. Candidate with 15+ years of relevant experience in Business Development/ Account Development/ Relationship Management/ Client Acquisition and Engagement in Contract Staffing Industry
2. Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
3. Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
4. Simplifier but at the same time things big, take smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box.
5. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.
6. Energetic and self-motivated
7. Excellent exposure and ability to make strategies on contract staffing.
8. To maintain good relationship with all clientele and ensure all the queries/issues are addressed in a phased manner.
9. Good communication, with ability to work with all levels in the organization.
10. Ability to work under pressure.
11. Customer focus mind-set and commitment to deliver a high level of service
12. Maintain confidentiality with integrity.
