Business Unit Head (For an interior products marketplace)
1. Jointly working with the SMT to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals in particular categories.
2. Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company and eventually extend company's base across Pan India
3. Profitable sales growth in B2B & B2C segments
4. Continually improve market share in the marketplaces through a combination of product, marketing and other tactical interventions
5.Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for the company that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow
6. Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall.
7. Extracting highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales & category teams
8. Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends and providing periodic reports to the SMT
