Business Unit Head - Energy & Transmission

- To head PAN India Technical Sales for Stationary Business Unit.

- We are looking for a Techno commercial, business & result driven professional with over a decade of experience with high growth technology startup environment and has extensive experience, in alliance and partnerships, planning and strategy, presales, new initiatives, business development new customer and market acquisition

- Complete P&L responsibility for the entire Business

- Look after development & Growth of Stationary business unit which includes application of Companies Product into two sectors i.e.

1) Electrical Vehicles

2) Stationary Application (i.e. Telecom Sector, Solar Home lighting markets).

- Look after Technical Sales and would be responsible for developing the new market for Stationary Business.

- Review of Techno-commercial proposals and evaluation of technologies from technical and economic perspective.

- Deploying business plans, strategic business plans (SBP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP)

- Delivering on key financial parameter of Order Booking, PBT, Revenue Recognition, Cash Flows etc.

- Create and deploy roadmap for partnership and development of vendors to support the solution offerings

- Lead the market development activities in the Stationary Battery space in India

- Lead the effort to increase Sales

- Formulating business development strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation (Growth in Top and Bottom Line)

- Developing & executing effective marketing plans designed to assure achievement of business objectives

- Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing Marketing plans to build consumer preference.

- Utilizing market information & network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.

Note:

- Looking for a candidate from Energy Background/ Transmission or Distribution Background/ Medium Voltage distribution who will be able to understand stationary business.
