Function: Sales and Marketing

Position reports to: Chief Executive Officer(CEO)

Experience: Out of 16+ years, minimum 5 years at Leadership Level heading the function.

Technical Qualifications & Knowledge:

- Graduate in Engineering-Mechanical/EEE/ECE/Mechatronics

- MBA/ PG Dip in Sales and Marketing

This position is responsible for leading Remote Pilot Training operations of COMPANY in consultation with the CEO and in coordination with other Functions. The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L of the RPTO business unit. Leading a team of managers, drone pilots and execution staff and incumbent will be responsible for expanding the RPTO training business of COMPANY, developing and implementing sales strategies targeting customers, supporting other business teams in delivering the training requirements.

Candidate need to work on:

- Expanding RPTO business through Franchise/ Direct Sales model

- Identification of new opportunities in the training space for drones

- Supporting other BU teams on project specific training requirements

- Building new teams, develop capabilities and retain talent.

Key Accountabilities:

- Business Prospecting: Identification of new markets and opportunities in the training space for drones

- Client Management: Maintain effective client relationships, networks and ensure ongoing success

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with CEO for developing overall BU strategy

- Budgets: Prepare operational budgets & plans

- Collaboration: Collaborate with respective functions for efficient and seamless delivery of the project specific training requirements

- Team Management - Establishing a team to support the overall efforts at multiple levels and managing them.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirement w.r.t to industry regulatory standards.

- Value System: Ensure entire operations in align with the company's core values (The5 Lights), culture and Governance systems.

- MIS: Ensure periodical reviews & MIS

Skills / Abilities required:

Strong Functional abilities - Customer Orientation, Functional coordination, Project Management & Negotiation Skills, Relevant statutory and governance requirements.
