Position : Business Unit Head [Concrete / Cement]

Education and Experience Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA preferred.

- Should have strong track record in either ready-mixed Concrete business / Concrete Products / Concrete Admixtures / Cement business

- Overall 20 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years P&L experience required

- Should possess demonstrated experience of full responsibility for assigned business unit - including profitability, Sales and Contracts, Marketing, Project Sales, budgeting and business unit operations

Job Description :

- Responsible for overall profit ability ratios for the assigned business unit, oversees budget management for multiple, complex plans and projects and is accountable for adhering to stated budgets.

- Develops and drives high-impact business planning initiatives that enable the execution of business strategies (e.g. implementing new growth initiatives, reducing costs).

- Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share

- Directs and prioritizes large, highly complex business planning projects by monitoring deliverables and milestones, including developing contingencies to minimize risks and maximize success.

- Partners with high-level client business leaders on a wide range of business issues, including risk management, implementation tactics, and new opportunity development.

- Creates sales projections, sets objectives for assigned business unit products, drives sales effort for assigned business unit products

- Coordinates Product Management with Field Sales organization, Research and Development, Manufacturing and Marketing

- Must have - team- approach and work as a - teammate- with Field Sales and the other Company Units and departments

- Responsible for advancing Company Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base

- Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results

- Provides strong leadership including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers and senior individual contributors and driving major change initiatives.

- Incorporates Company standards of excellence into daily work to foster a Total Quality environment and demonstrate personal commitment to excellence
