Business Unit Head - Chocolate/Confectionery

Our client is one of the leading organisation within the FMCG retail landscape. The company is dynamic and have a footprint within and outside India. The company have a prestige list of clients, and offer sales / marketing and merchandising solutions to key stakeholders within India and other geographies.

- The role require some one with strong experience in Modern trade / general trade.

- An incumbent must possess expertise in channel management, sales management, Retail execution etc.

- S/he should have worked for Chocolate / confectionery category.

- As a business unit head, you will be responsible for driving P&L responsibility, Merchandise activation activities, strategic initiatives, Channel management, Key account management, Business development, Team development, thought leadership etc.

The opportunity is based out of Mumbai.
