BUSINESS UNIT HEAD (Business Development & Delivery - IT Staffing)
- Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team that responds and fulfills Clients hiring needs.
- Identify potential clients in the target market.
- Bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Build a strong, dynamic and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines.
- Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.
- Impart hands-on training for recruitment team-members.
- Visit the client when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement.
- Prioritize work and review it with recruiters.
- Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation.
- Technical screening and submission of candidates.
- Handle all paperwork MSA, contracts, etc.
- Client and Account management.
- Achieve performance and revenue targets.
- Meet submission, closure and other operations targets.
- Team retention, motivation, and training.
- Raising the bar of the recruitment team.
- Innovation & Continuous improvement in recruitment process.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Should Have 12-15+ years of have strong track of record of success within Sales & Delivery in IT Recruitment and Staffing experience and at least 5 years of experience managing and leading a team.
2. Have an eye for process and innovation.
3. Have a good understanding of IT and related areas. A huge plus if you are a technology geek.
4. You are comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them.
5. You are ambitious, motivated, & career-driven.
6. You are outgoing & social, the kind who makes new friends easily.
7. You are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing.
8. You are positive-minded, team-oriented and coach-able for personal improvement.
9. Believe in working hard to achieve your goals.
10. Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence.
11. Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.
12. Must possess good email etiquette.
13. Thorough knowledge of accessing portals.
14. Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time.
15. Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike.
16. Good team leader and team builder.
17. Open to traveling occasionally to clients premise.
