Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will be responsible to:
- Lead & Strategize: Drive growth within the target sector in the country, aligning with corporate goals and building strong client relationships.
- Develop & Deliver: Secure new business, craft winning proposals, and oversee project execution to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Optimize & Innovate: Implement efficient operations, prioritize data security, and identify innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
- Advocate & Impact: Elevate the company's brand, contribute industry insights, and attract top talent to fuel organizational growth.

- Alumni of one of the leading B-Schools in the country.
- Experience in leading multi-level teams of 300+ members across various functions of a business.
- Should have experience in dealing with clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and/or NBFC ecosystem.
