Responsibilities:

- With an increasing emphasis on Business Transformation activities, this role will work on multiple projects across various processes of the client and act as a Consultant and Project Manager on a variety of key business projects with differing scope and duration. The incumbent will be expected to work with Business Units and internal functions to improve profitability and business performance. Specifically, this position will have the following responsibilities: .

- Deliver on strategies for identifying and eliminating WASTE. Analyze complex business problems and generate solutions in partnership with business groups. Support the execution of projects from initiation to implementation including post implementation review.

- Apply disciplined Project Management principles including planning, organizing resources and managing project deliverables. Understanding and creating CBAs (cost benefit analyses) . Understand and document business requirements in order to design new or streamlined products and processes . Regularly Communicate project status to Project Team and stakeholders .

- Other responsibilities will include supporting department activities and adhoc projects. Lead parts or all of a transformation program to achieve targets and to ensure that deliverables are fully met. Manage smaller projects or segments of larger projects by planning, assembling and scheduling resources and managing program deliverables. Work closely with the businesses / clients to analyze, validate and track their identified saves and provide project reporting assistance where required. Provide advice and/or support for change management initiatives and associated communication programs.

- May supervise and review work of less experienced personnel. Provide ad hoc project consultancy using project management experience and Reengineering skills. Develop strategies for the redesign of organisations in support of saving initiatives. Continuously challenges current business custom and practice, proposing improvements in cost effectiveness and efficiency, where appropriate. May supervise or coach a small team, but typically does not hold budget accountability

Desired Profile:

- 5 -7 years experience in consulting/ project delivery; with proven expertise on cross-functional initiatives . Strong business acumen, strategic perspective, and process orientation . Capability to influence without authority at senior-leader levels . The individual needs to be a strong self starter, and be able to identify business problems and conceptualize solutions quickly .

- Proven ability to drive results and resolve issues with minimal supervision . Good communication skills with ability to interact with leaders across all levels . Relationship/Influence skills; Experience at working both independently and in team/matrixed environments . Knowledge of financial analysis and business process review techniques . MBA from premier institute
