- Multiple SAP Deployments/Implementations within focus area

- Implementation of systems that interface with functional area

- Understanding of best practices within functional area

- High Tech industry thought leader

- Deep functional expertise: 7+ years functional experience and 3 years leadership responsibility

- Demonstrated success leading large organizations and transformations

- Disruptive Innovator: ability to develop creative solutions and align a cross-functional team around decisions and lead them to successful implementation

- Proven track record as leader of significant cross functional/geographic change and transformational initiatives, exhibiting an open, honest, and collaborative leadership style

- Successful program management experience in a fast-paced, high growth business environment

- Results oriented with a natural ability to prioritize the work for oneself and the initiative

- Proven track record of partnering with the business to achieve exceptional best in class results

- Program Management/Portfolio Management experience as a core competence

Must have hands on experience in one or two following Key attributes:

- E2E Team, Direct Sales, In-Direct Sales, Pricing & Margin Mgmt, Order Mgmt, Services & Support, Finance & Controlling, Finance Tax, Direct Procure, In-Direct Procure, Mfg Planning, Mfg & Fulfillment, Logistics & TC, PLM, Sell-Side, Buy-Side, Central Testing, PPS.
