Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leads the implementation of bank-wide transformation activities to ensure alignment and compliance with the Central Bank
- Undertakes training of operational functions in rollout of banking support activities within the Shared Services functions. Ensure that all Shared Services Employees can demonstrate the required knowledge and skills to perform their roles at the point of go-live
- Creates project reports for the Project Board and the Transformation Committee
- Build relationships with various stakeholders across the organization including senior management and line management of support teams
- Set the basis for Continuous Improvement and sustainable change through the implementation of process mapping, root-cause analysis, performance management reporting across the organization to drive business critical improvements and establish a strong problem solving culture at all levels of the organization including customer community
- Be the trusted advisor for the organization and promote a wide range of Change Tools and Methodology (DMAIC, Six Sigma, Lean); through training programmes, workshops and coaching of management on effective active leadership and sustainability
Performance Reporting : preparing reports for stakeholders, coaching to ensure services are maintained up to agreed standards ( agree and sign off OLAs/ SLAs), issues are resolved in timely and efficient manner to keep the customer satisfaction high; driving regular service review
