Business Transformation Analyst/Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to drive process optimization, risk & compliance management, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0, iGrafx, or Visio.

- Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and leadership to drive process excellence.

- Implement automation solutions (RPA, AI/ML-based process transformation).

- Manage risk control self-assessment (RCSA) and compliance requirements.

- Develop data visualization dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for process tracking.
