Key responsibilities :
Understand and evaluate training needs for the business through :
a. Partnership during key strategic initiatives, product launches
b. Collaboration with business and other support functions
Managing digital platform of learning :
a. Managing employee traffic and engagement
b. Creating / designing content framework
c. Creating dashboards and analysis
d. Query resolution
Conducting virtual training sessions for :
a. Brand knowledge
b. Skills at the level of sales rep, first line manager
c. Technical processes
Age: Must be 30-36 Years
Qualification & Experience :
a) Experience in pharma sales of 5-7 years with at least 2 years of first line manager experience
b) At Least 1 year experience managing sales training in pharma industry
