Business/Technical Analyst - Digital Banking - Private Bank
JOB Summary :
- To manage, execute, implement, maintain and deliver products like IMPS, AEPS, BBPS, Micro ATM for Bank.
- To understand the product requirement, articulate the business requirement document clearly ensuring adequate controls, engage with technology team for the customization, understand and critically inspect the approach document shared by the development / vendor teams and work with multiple stakeholders to implement the product features.
- To ensure adequate control mechanism is implemented at the time of all developments to ensure Products are safe and secure for clients and the Bank.
- Continuously engage with internal and external stake holders to understand market requirement and re-engineer product and process to meet market requirement.
- To engage with operations teams wherever required to setup Standard Operational Processes to ensure that transaction processing is carried out seamlessly & monitoring is put in place.
- Work with IT teams + Sales Colleagues to ensure our channel remains competitive and developments are agile & faster.
- Improve the effectiveness of the UAT including regression, outliers, negative scenarios and coordinate with testing team for faster time to market.
- Manage all the channel deployments & regression and sanity and track the high availability of the platform.
- Work with L1 Support team, held identify the bugs/issues and work with development team to fix the same.
- Periodically benchmark the digital banking products with competition to ensure we provide cutting edge solution for our clients.
- Track the volumes, spikes & dips and provide insights to the Sales team on the same on monthly basis.
